2.2 WhatsApp & Phone Contact

If you contact us via the WhatsApp button or by calling the clinic phone number, you are initiating contact voluntarily. We collect your name and enquiry solely to respond to your message. We do not share this information with third parties.

WhatsApp click events are tracked as anonymized conversion events in GA4 (no message content is captured).

2.3 Contact Forms

If you use any booking or enquiry form on this website, the information you submit (name, phone, email, enquiry) is used only to respond to your request and schedule consultations. This data is not used for marketing without your explicit consent.

2.4 Health Information

This website contains medical and health information for educational purposes.
